Article 13
“I have opened an account for you in which I have placed one billion (1,000,000,000) blessings for you to distribute during your passage through life”
Discourse
Blessing is a benefit given by GOD directly.
Blessings are to be earned.
The one billion (one hundred crores) Ashirwads allotted to each Atma have to be earned through exchange with others.
There is no other method to earn blessings for your own Soul.
The Rule of THREE Blessings
“When two or more people meet and exchange three blessings, one Ashirwad at a time, then at the end of the third transaction, each of the participants who took part three times shall earn one hundred thousand blessings [(100,000)(one lakh)] for his or her Atma”
This Rule allows me to earn my blessings at a faster rate so that I can earn the allotted One billion blessings.
In fact, once I earn one billion blessings, GOD allots another one billion blessings.
This process can be repeated any number of times as long I keep earning my one billion Ashirwad.
When two people interact and in one transaction exchange THREE blessings, one blessing at a time, then each one gets a credit of 100,000 blessings out of the billion allotted on the third offer, which activates the Rule for the individual making the offer vocally and positively.
Benefit of Earned Blessings
At the time of accounting of deeds and doings of a Soul in front of The Chief Judge, the earned blessings will neutralize the effects of the negatively running counters in the ledger account of the Atma to the extent of number of blessings earned.
My Need
I need to use the body+mind given to me to exchange three blessings as per the rule.
I need to use the opportunity provided by every person I meet.
Process or Method of Earning
I offer the first blessing to each person I meet and earn one.
I have to wait for a positive vocal response to the first blessing I offer.
When I receive an appropriate response, I can offer and earn the second blessing.
When I receive a response to the second blessing I offer, then I can go on to the third.
However, when I offer the third blessing to that individual, I activate the Rule in favour of my own Atma and earn 100,000 blessings.
Example
A classroom teacher with fifteen students exchanges three blessings with her students every morning.
All fifteen students respond three times each.
At the end of the interaction, each person will have earned fifteen times one hundred thousand blessings making 1,500,000 blessings earned in one interaction.

Conclusion
Each Atma in Janam is allotted one billion (1,000,000,000) Blessings / Ashirwad / Asees.
Each Atma is given one body+mind for Janam.
Each Atma is to use the given body+mind to earn these Blessings by exchanging Ashirwad with another.
Every Asees earned will help the Soul reduce the number of Joonis he or she has to face in The Court of The Chief Judge.
GOD has laid The Rule of THREE Blessings in order to assist the Atma in earning his or her Blessings.
Every person that I meet is an opportunity to earn Ashirwad for my Soul by exchanging THREE Asees, one at a time with that person.
The exchange must be Polite, Respectful, Vocal, Audible and Positive.
